Israel: Ingredion invests in chickpea company InnovoPro

Ingredion, a multinational ingredient provider based in Westchester, Illinois has invested in InnovoPro, a foodtech chickpea company, The Jerusalem Post has reported.

Headquartered in Richpon, InnovoPro is focused on the global protein ingredients market by offering sustainable chickpea protein products that are clean label and provide neutral taste while maintaining nutritional value, functionality and desirable texture.
